How We Do It

On our website you will see some of the many testimonials we receive each week from satisfied veterans. For example, this testimonial speaks volumes as to how we approach cases. “I served 26 years. From the first call to the very end of my claim and appeal process my lawyers worked tirelessly to get what I deserved. They are thorough, insightful and extremely knowledgeable with the VA process. Give them a call NOW, don’t wait. They will take you through every step of the process, keep you informed and help you succeed with your claim.”—Wayne W. We pride ourselves on providing this sort of service and advocacy to all of our clients. To that end, we accomplish this through a three-step process:

1. We assess the case fairly. From the very start we look to see where we want to go instead of where you’ve been. We train our attorneys to ask, “What can we build on to help this veteran?” With this assessment in mind it helps us accomplish step 2.

2. We develop evidence. There is more to a case than just sending in medical records to the VA. It takes a legal understanding of what is necessary to win. It takes a vision for how the case should progress. It takes a view towards the evidence that is needed for victory. We never just send in your records. We always develop an argument brief accompanied by articles, science and statements that support your claim.

3. We use medical evidence. No VA case can win without strong medical evidence. Where most service organizations fail is that they do not understand the complexities of medical evidence and how to obtain that evidence. We work closely with the veteran and their providers to get the medical evidence needed to win. Schedule an Appointment.
